      A little bit of sales experience

      Cons

      Deceptive, not what I thought at all, if you have any form of bills don't bother working here you won't be able to pay, if you want a social life don't work here cause you re gonna work 60hrs a week and not make any money to go out or have fun, if you have a college degree this is not worth it you can find an entry level job somewhere else where you get paid way better actually get benefits and have a work/life balance this place is for people that don't have a degree or a clue what they re doing in life

      Pros

      I moved to Wisconsin from Texas so that was a huge change for me, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. They made Wisconsin feel like home right off the bat. Everyone was so willing to help out in teaching me different office structures! I enjoyed working with the tenates that we had as well as all the property owners!

      Cons

      Honestly there wasn't much that I didn't like. Management was always great about keeping an amazing company culture as well as having great communication!

      Pros

      Stable company with good attention to details of the business. Really good on giving freedom during the daily work schedule (pretty much let you set it all yourself).

      Cons

      High expectations on results. A definite con if you cant handle the freedom or are super sensitive to feedback.
