      Pros

      Most people were nice to work with.

      Cons

      Lots of promises by upper management with no action taken. During the time I was there, the HR team completely turned over twice. Very high attrition, layoffs during 2022, and chaos within the departments. The expectations and tasks for one person to complete in a 40-hour week are unreasonable and not sustainable. Training is very minimal and has a sink-or-swim feeling. They promote from within, but the staff they promote are not qualified or experienced to effectively do their job.

      NorthRock is Not What it Pretends to Be

      Pros

      Those on the lower rung have a sense of community.

      Cons

      There is no diversity in this firm. False promises of promotion have arisen. Attrition is rampant. Multiple concerns of discriminatory practices have been brought to the firm, and yet nothing changes. I was told by a high ranking employee that we were put on hourly wage, after an audit that was pushed through by a CLIENT. They apparently could see how multiple departments in the firm were being taken advantage of.
