Not What It Seems

Pros

- Entry/Mid level people are some of the best people I've ever worked with. - Catered lunch is a great perk - Lots of responsibility and opportunity to really take ownership of your own work - Great travel perks depending on your work region - Opportunity to build great relationships with people across different companies

Cons

- Incredibly demanding workload. Managers are often handling multiple projects with multiple buildings and tenants per project. - Sr leadership is incredibly disconnected from most entry/mid level employees. - Sr leadership is often very hypocritical when it comes to following the core values they constantly preach. Several instances of questionable business ethics - C-Suite loves to brag about never laying off anyone due to the economy slowing but this is very obviously not the case. Mass layoffs are always conveniently "performance based" despite many of the people involved being objectively successful in their roles - Pay is decent but not what it should be given the workload - Severe favoritism amongst leadership - Misleading promises relative to bonuses and profit sharing - Very hit-or-miss on who gets to work remote and for what reasons
