      Pros

      I made several great friends. The recruitment department is very good, and they attract talent. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Middle management: Passive-aggressive, dishonest, and occasionally downright rude. They recruit experienced adjusters but that is not really what they want. Feedback on the process, which is a bottleneck due to old claims management software and outdated operations, is not welcome. They hire producers and then micromanage them to death. I can only speak for the Irving office.

      Pros

      There weren't many but there are a very small handful of nice/cool people. Random jeans week is cool.

      Cons

      Pay, workload and Healthcare are awful. You're supposed to get a review at four months and a year. You'd be lucky to get any of those so the possibility of any kind of raise is almost non existent. I mean people don't work just because they like working.

      Pros

      Great place to work for with a tremendous team environment. The lack of micromanagement is a big positive as adjusters are given autonomy to do their jobs. Claims system is very user friendly and easy to learn. The commitment to training is top notch. The recruitment process was very smooth and organized. Ability to work from home if needed is a big plus. Very exciting growth potential with diversity of claims.

      Cons

      long commute, but no company issues.
