Pros
I made several great friends. The recruitment department is very good, and they attract talent. Good benefits.
Cons
Middle management: Passive-aggressive, dishonest, and occasionally downright rude. They recruit experienced adjusters but that is not really what they want. Feedback on the process, which is a bottleneck due to old claims management software and outdated operations, is not welcome. They hire producers and then micromanage them to death. I can only speak for the Irving office.
