      Pros

      Friendly work force, clean facility, friendly HR team.

      Cons

      Certain managers let their egos make their decisions for them and micro-manager their employees. Low pay at the hourly level. Supervisors and work force are doing their best, but management doesn't know how to support them. Very low diversity among plant leadership.
