      High pressure environment where senior leaders have no regards to safety - turbine availability seems to take priority

      Pros

      can make good money but need to give up your life - not even a joke

      Cons

      bad vibes, high pressure, bosses dont know what theyre doing, dangerous place to work, lack of skills and authority from senior management, training is non existent, salary is very poor, have to give 95% of your weeks and weekends up to make a good wage, would rather shove my face in the poor quality IGBT's in the IDS converters than work for them again,

      Pros

      Pays well, nice PTO and benefits, teamwork driven environment, friendly, management encourages a good balance between life and work, really fun and smart people. Management recognizes the input of all employees. Really great well rounded experience. The company is still growing and it was exciting to be a part of it.

      Cons

      Foreign employees are given preference. HR department is subpar and I never had a feeling that they would help me in a time of need. They royally messed up on a few situations with other employees. And certain employees are not held accountable for their mistakes. Not a lot of room for growth beyond a couple years for many employees at the Chicago office due to lack of middle management.
