      Pros

      The other engineers(the employees) and that Mexican restaurant close by from the office . Other than that nothing else at all.

      Cons

      The Management doesn't know how to run the business and the owners cannot be trusted at all. There is a constant turnover of employees , while the current ones are threatened to be fired. One of the most unprofessional management I have come across in years.

      This is THE WORST COMPANY I have ever worked for. They have the highest turnover rate and are a completely unprofessional outfit.
