      work life balance, good opportunities, decent salary, hybrid work depends on the project

      not much increase in salary, not proper compensation based on the work, people not working much get good pay because of the network

      Ethics, Freedom, Open opportunities, People. It's comfortable to work here, you wouldn't be punished for expressing your opinion, even if it is challenging the status quo. There are bunch of development opportunities, both technical and for the soft skills.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy, complex processes. It's sometimes hard to fight the inertia to achieve some business critical result.
