Female founder dominant, micromanaging, and highly emotional (playing favourites pitting staff against each other) Company culture highly street crud - dominated by the female founder Management team for “international business” significantly under qualified - not a single person has worked for a bank, wealth management firm, or an asset management, let alone a non Chinese firm ;
