Great product, some opportunity to get to know the users directly Decent work/life balance
Cons
- Abusive CEO and toxic workplace. This should be enough of a reason to steer clear. - OK pay for entry level, but with little opportunity for increase unless going into mgmt - Little or no opportunity to grow career wise - Lots of change in mgmt and staff due to toxicity in the workplace - Struggling commercial viability of product, leading to attempts to whip the employees into a hustle culture
