      Pros

      - great culture and colleagues - a lot of freedom to own and drive your work - a company that is trying to grow their employees and is in the transition to become a solid and empowering scale up - great brand and brand awareness - drastic change management from leadership much appreciated from high performers - great place to grow. You’re being put in the pond to swim

      Cons

      If a fast paced environment is not for you, don’t come. - many ad hoc decisions (expected in an environment like this though)

      Pros

      Some management members made genuine efforts to provide support, which was appreciated despite the overall challenges.

      Cons

      My experience was predominantly negative. The work environment was very stressful and the company culture was toxic and at some times hostile. Despite some efforts from management to offer support, these did not mitigate the overall challenges. Compensation was below industry standards, making living expenses difficult, and there were limited opportunities for professional growth. These factors contributed to a largely unsatisfactory experience.
