Amazing benefits, great location, above average compensation, potential to be a great place to work.

Cons

Brand recognition in downward spiral, sales are poor even at heavy discounts, which makes it tough for employees in the end as the losses grow and grow quarter after quarter. a revolving door of management, entire divisions and departments laid-off week after until the company is paired down to a handful of staff and a top-heavy management tier that is overpaid and under qualified. Nepotism. Unprofessional behavior more suited to a high school cafeteria than a place of business. The prevailing mood is fear as people wonder when it'll be their turn. Hundreds of people have been laid off.

Good company culture, hands-on experience with the product, good communication between upper management and employees, employees are mostly veterans of the company and are very friendly, very efficient and organized

Cons

Nine West Holdings which was originally Jones Group became privatized after being bought by a private equity firm recently. There are plans to move offices and make many other company changes. Stability of jobs might be an issue.
