      Great work-life balance. Some great people. Pays are quite good.

      Cons

      Senior Management needs some improvement - many are too scared of change.. Lots of restructures. Culture is quite segregated - too many silos... all departments don't work together to achieve the companies strategies - they all work separately and forget they are all apart of the one company
