Pros

BD Team is supportive and helpful. Management is very supportive in the manner of helping you out.

Cons

Not a healthy environment to work with, if you old in the system then you will get all the perks even spontaneous leave, but if you are sick then you need to com to office show you bosses that you are not well then they will allow you to take a leave but you need to be healthy enough to atleast report to the office 😅😅IRONY

Pros

Work environment and people here are good. You'll feel valueable working here. Other stuff like free coffee and free lunch are some of the perks. Dedicated smoking room too.

Cons

6 days a week is too much. In a world where we are shifting to 4 days a week working structure, NimbusPost is making everyone work 6 days a week. And on the even worst side, WFH is something that is frowned upon. WFH is allowed sometimes if you need it or so, but as per current scenario, it should be a choice. I actually got into trouble when i asked for WFH, that too on a Saturday. Additionally, office politics is way worse over here. It's bad in general but it is worst over here. It's a startup and many people are known to the founders so it's obvious they'll exploit the "power" they feel they have.
