      Nothing I can think of.

      Cons

      C-Level creates an atmosphere of anxiety and mistrust. Feedback culture? Ridiculous. If you stick your head over the fence, it will be chopped off immediately. Hire&fire mentality in GE style. These GE guys will ruin the company and fire the ones who have an idea how to run the business.

      A great company on an upward trajectory

      Pros

      Growing company with opportunities to advance technically and professionally. A strong management team with the right combination of experience and energy. Nikon acquiring the company has added resources and stability with no apparent downsides. I think this is the best company to work for now in the 3D-printer manufacturing industry.

      Cons

      It is a growing company and in a well-managed company, hiring typically lags revenue growth. This scenario can result in extra working hours while hiring is catching up. The company is hiring at a very high rate. Something that is both a pro and a con is the collective agreement for the employees in Germany. On the positive side it ensures a solid benefit package and has provided good inflation adjustments. On the negative side, it can lock wages into brackets and limits performance-based compensation.
