      Pros

      I am lucky enough to be managed by a very nice guy. So life in Niji is agreable on an average level.

      Cons

      No evolution on salary since 4 years that I have intergrated Niji !! As the company has a very limited activity field and the income depends too much on the market of Telecommunications (mobile operators). If the market is going down, the income is going down and the the salary remains the same as last year, 2 years ago, 3 years ago....

      De beaux projets avec des clients prestigieux

      Cons

      Management très faible et manque de focus sur la qualité. le CP forcent les livraisons malgré des bugs critiques, et les heures supplémentaires ne sont pas rémunérées. Les managers ignorent les problèmes et ne valorisent pas les compétences. Malgré des projets intéressants, certains employés présents depuis longtemps nuisent à la qualité du travail, et bloquent les talents brillants
