No transparency at all. The ceo of the company least bothers about what is happening in the company as he is busy in his extra circular activities.
Cons
Strictly DO NOT recommend anyone to join here as half of the time the employees working with the employer don't pay attention to their work and most importantly they are not responsible towards the candidates
