      I somehow glad that the paychecks clear.

      Cons

      Schedules are grueling, with little regard for rest or work-life balance, Guards are expected to cover shifts with almost no notice, and management rarely checks in unless something goes wrong. There's zero acknowledgment for consistent performance, making it feel like you're just a replaceable body in a uniform.

      fairly simple tasks, good co-workers, decent pay, can be a good stepping stone but not really a career, no mandatory overtime.

      Cons

      management is no very understanding to personal emergencies. no pto, benefits are expensive and not very good, the appearance standards are way too high for the type of work you're doing.
