Pros

Cool environment with world reknown brands.

Cons

Opportunities only really exist if you are Caucasian. I've seen Latin and African American employees in multiple depts overlooked for promotions despite being in the job longer, being more qualified, and doing just as much/as well as their Caucasian counterparts.

Pros

Want to work for a shambling mockery of a company which used to be the best at creating great entertainment for kids? Then go work for Nickelodeon, a zombie corporation, which stumbles from failure to failure, firing executives left and right, cutting creative staff pay, and lashing out in every direction hoping to find someone to blame for their failures.

Cons

The worst boss in the world. A soulless hack who has never worked anywhere else, a creature who crawled up the corporate ladder by default because she had betrayed everyone around her, and who now enriches herself at everyone else's expense.

Pros

Very laid back environment. Open to new ideas. Good work life balance. Lots of vacation, Summer Fridays. Very good Christmas parties.

Cons

For non director roles the pay sucks (like any Viacom job) In my almost 4 years there I never got promoted and I tried. Very slow career path Seems to be a feminist ajenda going on. Most of the women are feminist and seemed to get promoted way more then men.
