      There is nothing good about working here

      Cons

      Office politics, poor pay, pathetic appraisals, no facilities, no infrastructure (when it rains, the water drips inside the office), salary is rarely on time, no work life balance, no growth or future opportunities

      All the above reviews you see about this company are all FAKE, you are forced to review good about this company from day 2 of your joining. Freshers beware, you are being attracted here only because you don't know how to go against their rules or behaviour, so you keep quiet and suffer alone, that's what these people take advantage of. Management does nt treat everyone equal.

      A very nice company with huge potential to be great in the Industry

      Pros

      The work environment is wonderful, the people are friendly, one can learn so much about email marketing here, good and friendly management and the company has a huge potential to be one of the best.

      Cons

      Pay is low and increment is really bad and that disheartens the employee so his/her interest to give a 100% obviously reduces. Employee satisfaction is low.
