      Pros

      Flexibilité incroyable : télétravail, horaire souple, grande autonomie, on te fait confiance. Des projets super intéressants : on travaille avec des clients variés sur des mandats concrets, souvent en lien avec les dernières technologies. Gestion transparente et inspirante : la direction partage ouvertement la vision, les objectifs, les résultats financiers. On comprend où va l’entreprise, et on sent qu’on en fait partie. Culture bienveillante : les gestionnaires sont à l’écoute, compréhensifs et vraiment humains. On ne te voit pas juste comme une ressource.

      Cons

      Comme l’entreprise a beaucoup de clients et de demandes, la charge de travail peut être élevée à certains moments. Il peut donc être un peu plus difficile de dégager du temps pour le développement personnel ou la formation, même si ça reste encouragé et que 2h/semaine sont prévues pour ça.
