      Good company but you’re always at risk

      Pros

      My experience in Nexters was pleasant, I had an amazing team and a great office with dozens of leisure activities

      Cons

      I got laid off when the mass layoff happened so even is suitable position will open in the future I won’t come back to this company again

      Community of great people Nice attitude to employees, every person matters Transparency - top management communicates to all the employees monthly

      Cons

      Most employees speak Russian so right now it may be hard to work here if you don't speak one
