      Remote work. Decent and motivated co-workers.

      Cons

      Wants to be a start-up without the pay, or perks, or benefits, or interesting work. People are burned out, people are scared to take vacation or time off. They will shun you if you disagree with program leadership. People are set up for failure - hired with lies and misleading claims. If you are interviewing, talk to people on your potential team. Have these conversations one-on-one, and do not just speak with the leadership, but others at your same level. Ask what their work-life balance looks like and how the environment is.

      - Young company with leadership that has a proven track record - Leadership truly values their employees - Lots of opportunities to use and learn new technologies - Employees are given as much opportunity to grow as they are willing to take on

      Typical issues with a young company, missing some benefits that larger companies have. Health insurance could be better.

      Flexible work schedule with remote work opportunities

      Cons

      The goal of leadership is to sell the company and they are obsessive over profits. They don’t care about the work or the employees. They hire anyone and move on to the next contract. There is no culture. Only an obsession to sell the company as fast as possible. Not what I was hoping for from an employer. I feel like I was lied to. The best employees left the company so I’m looking too.
