A few great team members.

Cons

Persistent internal conflicts and a lack of trust among VP-level leadership across business units, which undermines collaboration. Investment opportunities are opaque and reserved for a select few, creating a culture of exclusivity rather than empowerment. Chronic understaffing leads to lost PTO, excessive hours, and frequent call-outs—with no compensation adjustments for salaried employees. Project management and scheduling are consistently reactive, operating in fire-fighting mode rather than with strategic foresight.

Pros

My local team was amazing, and the industry connections made will remain strong.

Cons

The corporate suits are so out of touch with what it takes to run a successful business that its really pitiful. Communication between locations was seriously lacking and nobody was working together on an administrative level. I was terminated after interviewing for another job, despite rumors floating that there was reason to believe they were closing our branch. They did close our branch and several others, with no official warning or preparation. Over 50 people lost their jobs.
