      Pros

      a bit laid back with life balance and sickness/family, decent benefits and no GED required. It is a good place to start to learn basics of shipping/receiving, and production tech engineering

      no room for growth, No team support or communication, no raises or bonuses, lack of organization and up to date policies and procedures

      Small Company. Big ambitions but no follow through.

      Pros

      A bit laid back when it comes to culture in regards to dress code and things like that. Flexible work hours. Paid Overtime.

      Cons

      No Job Growth. Employee Handbook states yearly performance reviews. Some people have been waiting years for one. Every decision needs to go through CEO. Literally every single one. He can change his mind multiple times over the course of a week (or even day.) Many projects are completed last minute, making mistakes more likely to occur. Not willing to make investments where needed. Some departments seem to be out for themselves as to not bring down the wrath of the CEO. You will have many more responsibilities than your original job description lists.
