      Pros

      Salary above average in field- 13 months + bonus Strong production supporting- experienced video production team Meeting people from different walks of life - every colleagues and interviewees have their own story to share!

      Cons

      Demanding engagement - working 24/7. Lack of supervision - kicking out experienced seniors and using mismanaged inexperienced freelancers as content providers, can learn nothing from no one. Far location - need to take a 15-minute shuttle from MTR to office.
