      Pros

      - pay is better than at most companies i have worked for in similar positions - kids are great - the service is expensive so most schools are beautiful and leading schools in the area - responsive staff

      Cons

      - although staff has high communication sometimes they will tell you okay and not follow through and let small things slip. if you are diligent though it will be fine since you just have to remind them

      Pros

      Love the flexibility, ability to chose locations/classes to teach that work with my schedule! I'm a full time student, and the pay/hour and low time commitment make Nexplore a perfect part time gig.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult to get to schools/bring large equipment needed for classes.
