      Big pay each week, nice coworkers

      Cons

      Disorganized! Materials aren't there when you need them. Shady place. Doesn't use traditional methods to pay employees. Owner just does things for appearance. Site supervisor couldn't effectively run program because of discipline problems. No set policy on site for anything

      -Non inclusive culture -Discrimination and racism by the admin, only locals are treated properly. No support to non-locals. -Unprofessionalism in R&D due to poor mentoring and lack of communication -Misbehaviour by the admin

      .Work With Children .Interpersonalized Good Management .Decent Pay [40 dollars a lesson/1hour] .The ability to be working on your own. .Rebrusement for Gas when exceding a certain amount.
