      Pros

      NDX was an excellent company to work for. They offered a great opportunity to learn a little about the newspaper industry and marketing and advertising. Although everything was entry level, it was still a lot of learning for individuals without industry experience.

      Nothing bad to say except, but the company did go out of business.

      Sweatshop mentality. Employees are used then terminated.

      Free coffee, soda, and water.

      Cons

      Disrespectful management, including President and Executive team. Small company with all the negative politics of a large corporation. "What have you done for me lately" attitude. No Values or Integrity. Pay is based on who you know. No ethical scale per position based on years of service, market rate, or experience. Inconsistent policies regarding employee motivation.
