Pros

Atrocious! Unreasonable and unrealistic expectations set on new employees. Training is nearly nonexistent. Poor communication throughout the entire company, and it's easy to see how they've amassed so many complaints and lawsuits. Stay away!!

Cons

Accrued time off is their only positive.

Random layoffs, you’ll make the salary you start at forever (I got a 72 cents raise after 3 years of working there)
