HR seems to be in charge of everything when they shouldn't be. They're in charge of schedules, attendance, time sheets, interviews, badging, setting appointments for drug screen and background checks, and fingerprinting. They operate far outside the realm of what HR should have involvement in. There's absolutely no formal training or presentation of benefits, security procedures, policies, what your schedule will be, who your manager is or how to contact them, or any other important details about your job.

As a driver, there is no time to take a lunch break and so we can't benefit from the meal service. Lunch breaks are not paid even though we work through them most of the days. Company is very disorganized, with too many chefs in the kitchen. They will throw you under the bus without hesitation. Often problems with payroll and unreachable HR staff. They make a lot of promises and rarely deliver. The company has taken on more than it can handle and is having difficulty keeping up.
