Comfort; colleagues; work ethics and work/life balance

Cons

Managers (esp Lady) can tell you to resign anytime and you will have to, if you dont act like a flatterer. They did the same to me without prior warning, official mail, and without any reason and build a self doubt in me.

Zero positivity when working here. Salary hike of 1500 rupees per year. manager says thats a very good hike. Never give any benefits (gift) for atleast Employee Bday/Anniversary etc. Manager acts like he supports us, but rude in the time of Appraisal meetings. Cheating Managers
