Bill plays favoritism with the stuck up new unknowledgeable planner while putting pressure on the rest of the hard working senior planners. Don’t even think about asking for a raise or your worth. They can care less if your sick or on your death bed, get to work. They’re more about pleasing and lying to their customers and getting money while overworking their most loyal employees than managing operations properly. Don’t think about asking for vacation.
