      Pros

      Honestly, there are no pros considering that this is a very unprofessional agency and the lack of honesty when dealing with people is unbearable.

      Cons

      Felt there was a lot of dishonestly that happened and lack of transparency, yet they are always trying to advertise themselves as being such a good company. Management is dishonest, unprofessional, lacks morals, and highly emotional. They expect you to work yourself to death or you are booted out the door. I really hope nobody would ever choose this company.

      My experience with the company's salary structure was satisfactory. While it wasn't the highest-paying job, it covered my basic needs and provided some benefits.

      Cons

      The CEO's harsh way of judging employees caused a lot of confusion. It was like there were no clear rules for how they were being judged. It seemed like the CEO and some other important people would secretly work together to make decisions that seemed sneaky and unfair. The evaluation process was kept hidden, and it was not fair and honest. It was really disappointing for dedicated employees like myself because we didn't know what we were doing well or what we needed to improve.

      Our team had been able to achieve great success and cohesion thanks to the exceptional leadership and charm of our manager.

      Cons

      The employees chose to keep quite about their feelings of shame, embarrassment, and anger while continually being mistreated by the CEO and management, due to the high pay they were receiving. If you are willing to tolerate horrible mistreatment for financial gain, this company may be a good fit for you.
