Weak Leadership with Lack of Industry Knowledge
Pros
The brand has been around for 40 years.
Cons
Current leadership roles are filled based on the direct relationship to the CEO. No knowledge of the industry is required, and poor communication keeps you in the dark until it is too late to fix so you are constantly behind. This impacted my ability as a sale person to win deals and to differentiate as they do not have any creativity to win projects. I lost five accounts in 17 months due to operational errors in delivery that I could not control and could not anticipate. The company is leadership heavy, and the five layers of managers did not add value to my ability to sell. Plus, my territory was moved every other month, so I was reluctant to build relationships with the clientele. Move on, this organization is weak from the top down.
