      The pay was okay, having a work vehicle to take home is a nice perk.

      Management structure is a mess, there is very little accountability to the sales team.

      Pros

      None anymore. There is nothing good about working there anymore. The new Owner and his NEW partner are crooks!

      Cons

      The culture at Neuwave has gone from a fun exciting place to work to a chopping block full of fear, low balling offers, and pay cuts. Leadership is horrible and management is even worse. The owner is a complete snake and a conman at best.

      Good benefits , Technicians are great to work with and knowledgeable

      Cons

      Pay raises little to none and far between getting them , stressful environment, over price and undercut time to do work . Under appreciates their technicians .
