Big projects with big clients.

Cons

Toxic environment, Bad management, No procedures, Very bad communication and cooperation between departments, No respect for the employee’s, No growth plan for the employee’s, they see them only as numbers. It has been created a culture “we don’t care, everyone is on his own” and not "team member and work" culture. people leaves all the time.
