Pros

-Most low-level employees are a pleasure to work with

Cons

-If you check the dates of the reviews on here, you'll notice they are bulked together. That's because management approached staff members to post positive reviews in order to improve the company's Glassdoor rating. -By far the most manipulative, two-faced, ego-driven management you'll encounter in your working career. Of course, it will start off as all smiles and positivity, but not genuine. -Company has rampant nepotism. Friends of management receive 'fast-track' promotions and are treated much differently within the organization. -Training isn't taken seriously. They only allow technicians to train for one-hour, once a week, using company-generated materials. -Company is obsessed with call and tickets metrics. You will no longer have a career in IT, you'll have a career in answering phones. Management doesn't know or care about your work in the field, they care about your call metrics. -If you don't answer a 'minimum' call volume per day, you will be swiftly written up. This 'rule' was imposed without being communicated to staff so people were receiving write-ups without knowledge of the rule. -Company recklessly terminates employees, and without a hint of warning. My first month alone, they terminated seven tenured employees as a 'purge' of the lowest-performing. Multiple employees have taken a vacation and arrived back to termination papers; if the company ran smooth without you for a week, then unfortunately you're not necessary any longer. -Since the company engaged in reckless terminations, the culture shifted from comfortable and happy to fearful and tense. -Company has third-party HR and it's not accessible to employees. When you are written up, they approach this third-party HR and explain everything (behind the scenes), but when management approaches you with the write-up, HR is not present. Third-party HR is only there to terminate employees. If you see a third-party HR representative arrive, someone is being fired. This is the culture at Network Coverage. -The Service Desk and the Project Team are at war. The two teams are treated very differently (unfairly). Projects Team will actually blame low-level service desk technicians for high-level issues to deflect their own mistakes. Beyond being cringey and pathetic, it directly affects the perception, respect, and future within the company for that technician. -Perhaps the worst part of all, you are under constant video surveillance. They actively watch too so if you happen to go to the bathroom, you may receive a text asking where you are.

Pros

- It’s a job. - Some clients are nice*

Cons

Where to begin? -Company is split up into pods but the setup is completely crazy depending on your pod. -They have ZERO patience with trying to train you up as a technician specially if you don’t have a lot of exposure with working within a managed service provider. -Higher power forbid you run a few minutes late ONE TIME or it could mean you end up getting fired or simply never hearing the end of it. -Training is a joke. Most of the material that is gone over with you is all second grader easy stuff however that could be given to you in a manual to read over. -The stuff you should be learning that is out in the field is completely ignored and don’t train you on your pod’s clients, instead waste time trying to teach you on how to “find things”. -One bad review and things get sour, one bad review on your first two weeks on the job and the sky will fall on you. -Environment is wound up and tense. -Will not even try to work with you on weaknesses, help you understand how to do your job better or even follow up after requests for performance evaluations. -They just ended up letting someone go and very suddenly after just a month on the job.

Pros

Great staff! Everyone works as a team and help is there if you need it

Cons

Money hungry owner who thinks he's going to make millions. COO does nothing but fulfill his own destiny. If you don't drink the proverbial Kool-Aid and be willing to give up your life to the company, you will be let go.
