They will show 3 lac packge for fresher but will pay around 18 k in hand... so if you are an engineer then you can get this much pay anywhere. Here is nothing to do...so at the end your head will start aching becoz of no work and cntnsly looking at channel monitor... Ohk fine you are in need of money and job...then you can join bt the risk factor is too much here...there is no solution if mistake will happen then it will go directly on air...plus you have nly one day off in week and it is not fix too...you wont get weekends...so persnl life and health is gone with rotational shifts ...night shift is horrible here., they have very less people...only 3 people to monitor and do some work for 16 channels...r u kidding me... no fix timing for lunch break....you will have to go alone for break..as they have around 3 to 4 people in every shift. so forget having friends in office...if you are a engineer then you should get your desk atlst or something to do...bt here is cabin to work...No growth.. some seniors are working here from last 10 years ... doing same old job...under qualified people are nly can stick to this job...so you will get less educated seniors... which is a big headache. If someone is there to guide about this industry for growth then nly join .else wait work hard and you will get job which is realted to your engineering degree... atlst call centre people have something work to do...you are just idle here. Not at all professional work... some seniors will sing the songs and all. no public holidays..you will find urself doing this job on diwali too...so plz u just have one life dont waste it doing nothing.

There are no software architects Don't expect hike appraisal all these do not exist in Network 18 Teams that are present here areJava, Php, Android, Ios Java:- So called Java TL has experience in PHP but not in Java This TL will get all the credit no matter how big experience you Have There were some senior guys with 10+ yrs experience who were put under him If you want to play with your career then please join. PHP:- Overcrowded team who does only one thing take API from java and forward to HTML team. Android:- A team with good TL but hands tied due to poor management on his top iOS:- So called TL will again eat your credit so be prepared. Overall:- There is no proper Agile, waterfall or any such model followed here Expect poor management. Timings are strictly 9 hrs if u miss even 1 sec your half day salary will get deducted this is for normal labourers/developers But if your favourite of manager then don't worry u can even work for 7 hrs a day and get everything regularised. You many join any development team moneycontrol, news 18, firstpost expect the same situation Join here only and only if you have no better opportunities in hand.
