      Pros

      Consider it to be black hole for IT. Dont join.

      Cons

      Everything. They think they own everything of you, your life, your money and your personal time. No work culture, no work/life balance. No eligible manegers. And has trust issues You are not allowed to use smartphone. Intime is fix, else it will be marked as half day, but nobody is allowed to leave on time. Over time over time and over time. And no allowances as such for OT.

      Pros

      I have joined Netwin as a fresher. As I was not having any corporate experience netwin taught me a lot. After completion of 2 years with Netwin i got a opportunity to work with MNC. (Its a record of netwin that if any one work with it they get good carrer opportunity in future e.g with CG, Infosys, TCS, Wipro etc) Whatever I had experienced with netwin that is really helping in my day to day working activity

      Work pressure(but i can not say its cons) There should be proper work allocation

      Nothing not single pros please dont waste time with netwin its a local comp they just doing timepass nothing else..many times they making you fool..alltime infact

      Cons

      Politics...Worst Manager..No Salary...You have to beg for your salary..hey will treat you like dog..they value money only....NON technical mamanger ........
