Cons

Where to begin? I have never worked anywhere as negative as Netstar. Top level management are abusive toward employees bordering on an inhuman level of disrespect. In 6 months 5 employee's have left due to low pay, poor benefits and terrible environment. For a company with less than a dozen employees this level of turnover is insane. They talk bad about everyone they do business with from current and past employees to business partners throughout the telcom industry. At times you are being asked why you aren't putting in more hours or working harder despite low pay and horrible benefits. Despite all the warning signs and costs of the way they choose to do business they refuse to change blaming everyone else instead of looking at themselves. They honestly believe and will tell you to your face that you should be thankful they gave you a job. They tell you if someone isn't complaining about you then you aren't doing your job. Instead of building relationships they tend to destroy them. They completely ignore the low unemployment rate and the need to be competitive as an employer to be able to hire and attract top talent. All companies have their issues and problems but Netstar is a completely different animal. If you are interviewing here get away as fast as you can. Working at a fast food place would be more dignified.
