Salary on time , good office (we work)

Cons

- This is not an AI company if you are not in data science team. You will not get any AI work if join other team. - No culture, nobody listens to the problems and they just try to hide everything , even your last day slack messages. - Highly unstable higher management and demotivated teams and only politics, - Forget about the learnings, career growth if you join any team except data science. - Promotion and appraisal happens if you put resign or you are their favourite. - No work life balance. They give reference of the people who work 18 hours a day as going above and beyond expectations. - If you have performance ratings below 3/5 then you are in PIP(Performance Improvement Plan). - Do not ever join customer facing product and engineering team. Its has daily customer maintenance work and no learnings.

Your teammates, they demonstrate a strong level of genuine concern for their fellow team members and willingly offer assistance in any capacity possible.

Cons

This organization possesses an admirable concept; regrettably, its viability is compromised under the present leadership. The CEO demonstrates a lack of concern for their employees, which is evident from the handling of the monthly layoffs that have persisted since October of last year. Employees are neither informed nor notified of these changes, leading to a lack of transparency and inadequate communication within the company. The current state of communication within the organization is non-existent, and the objectives of the company remain unclear. The company segregates teams, hindering transparency regarding the actual state of affairs. The organization provides no opportunities for growth despite advertising "educational and professional development" on their careers page. Employees who request these development opportunities are met with unconvincing explanations as to why they are not feasible.

Most everyone is a team player here who really cares about helping others. Everyone is hard working and intelligent

Cons

- Management doesn’t care about your career growth - Culture is non-existent and there is no interest from leadership to ensure working here is enjoyable/rewarding. - Don’t feel valued as an employee; feels like your only purpose here is to help people at the top make money - No raises or promotions even for top performers - Newly hired (1 person) HR team - Lack of support across all departments mainly due to huge issues attracting/retaining talent. India/US team work in silos - Lack of transparency, honesty within the company. This company likes to cover up problems, ignore them rather than recognizing/fixing them not only with customers but also internally. This behavior is built into the culture. - Work/life balance is horrible; expected to work long hours and odd times to accommodate India team working hours.
