      Pros

      The company cares about the employees. The people and environment are both enjoyable, which creates a great environment. Wages and benefits are competitive. Generous benefits contribution. Netgate is and has been a great place to work

      Cons

      I am not aware of any downsides or cons.

      * competitive salary * competent and friendly colleagues * good knowledge base * (mostly) satisfactory client interaction * positive overall atmosphere * management is present in the processes, but not overbearingly controlling

      * some work tools and systems lack user-friendliness

      - I work alongside most departments, and all teams and management are friendly and understanding - Management does not micro-manage, and places trust in their employees to execute - C-suite is very accessible - Management makes employees feel valued

      - Depending on your team, there may not be a clear roadmap for advancement
