Pros
Many opportunities to learn and develop. Talented people.
Cons
Not so great management, intrusive micro management, people were often not allowed to use their knowledge and experience. Many times people were asked to do as higher manager commanded, even if it was about bad ideas, bad concepts. Lack of interest and indifference to professional needs, lack of organizational values.

Exceptional team, great place to work and learn. Work location is not crowded or very populated, the road to work is a pleasure depending in what side of the city you live (east - ok, west - nok)
Cons
The place is an old plant and after renovation is still looking like old plant No benefits to people who want to advance in their career Management not willing to involve employees in making decision on a low level
