work environment is worst!! they ll say transparency, but if u ask for 1 day leave u should have asked before 1 month, that too roaming like a govt office from manager to team-lead. they say love employees actually happens is they test your patience by making you sit in reception like a school if u forget ur employee ID card, security says to call manager but manager doesn't pick the call tell you to wait until he reach office all way from home.
