Pros

Good Salary hike is the only pros

Cons

10 hours per day with only 20 mins break (no one can't imagine this). Unnecessary leaders are creating pressure for tight deadlines and then you have to work day and night Leaders are very narrow minded, biased and egoistic. You can only surf technical related stuff in google even they dont give access for technical blogs but leaders and manager have full freedom to surf anything. you will feel like laborers here, do only work whole day and night

Pros

- No issues in salary payment (not applicable when you are in the notice period) - People always talking in Gujarati, good if you are local - Actually, I really thought for a while, but couldn't think of any other pros

Cons

- I don't need to think about these. There are many - You become enemy from an employee as soon as you resign - You will not be treated well and there will be many such things for which your salary will be deducted - You will be treated really badly - The management, including CEO, are not at all competent - No one in the management is familiar about Software development - No new projects coming up. The company is juicing its old clients, nothing new - Too much of documents to fill up, too much paper work for every task/issue/story - No new ideas, no new technologies to work on. The seniors/managers have become stagnant, they are all afraid of new ideas/technologies - The CEO thinks that "If all the Civil Engineers started constructing the buildings the way the Software Engineers does, everything would be destroyed by the first woodpecker that arrives the city"

Thank you for the feedback. We would be happy to discuss and clarify any matters due to which you may have several of the perceptions that are highlighted. All employees, including employees who have decided to move on, are treated equally and fairly. As a matter of fact, we have several ex-employees who are very happy to join Team NetWeb back. Some of the examples cited are potentially misunderstood and taken off context. We will be happy to clarify. The growth and the 20 years experience of the organization is reflective of the competency of every individual that contributes to its growth. The processes that are put in place, help in delivering consistent and quality deliverable. The opportunities to work on contemporary, challenging solutions across different domains and technologies is something that is appreciated by all. Thank you and we do value all feedback and inputs.

Pros

If you are ready to work for 12+hr and under a management who don’t know what is planning then this the best place to work for you.

Cons

1. They believe in Client only (but they don’t know there are employee also) 2. They hire you as Software Engineer and assign a work of "Support Engineer"(many project are support projects in this company). 3. Top management is believe in favouritism. 4. They have client who used to send the deadline with Project definition, and you have to do it - its doesn’t matter if you work for 12hr or more than that. 5. 3 months of notice period (No buyout), remember no one will wait for you 3 month. In this case you have to resign before and then find the job.
