Terrible management in HK team Office politics are a constant daily practice, managers are actively looking to demean their employees and receive joy in doing so. Especially the conference team in HK. Decisions are made based on feelings and favouritism. If the manager does not like you, he will make ur life hell. Talk bad about you and make you feel worthless. Coworkers actively talk bad collectively in hopes for promotion The turnover rate is very high in HK office because of the poor management Horrible place to be if you are not Chinese, they treat you like bad. Working here was a mental torture, if you are looking for a job i highly suggest to explore other alternatives as there is no career growth here and everyone is set up to compete with each other for work. The management enjoys watching people fight for work and if you dont have the chance to grab the work, they will demean you and consider you as dumb. This place is not worth the Stress. You are much likely treasured elsewhere. At first they preach about work life balance but slowly they make u work on weekends public holidays and get you to do OT without paying you. Depending on their mood they will treat you how they want
