Netfabric is a great place to work at to get in into the IT industry. They are a hardworking team that has built a good culture of success and development for both their employees and their customers. There are issues around the edges of the company but everyone from the interns to the CEO strive everyday to make the job and environment better. This is a place where you can bring up issues to anyone in the chain of command and at least have your voice heard.
Cons
Netfabric is a fast-growing company. Sometimes it tries to grow too fast. With this fast growth comes a bunch of growing pains. Its akin to trying to drive a car while its going down the road. Sometimes you will be thrown into things you nor anyone else has any idea of and need to figure out without much guidance.
