      Pros

      Straight Forward and motivated IT Professionals work here now. All Toxic employees have finally been shown the door. The working , team oriented culture here is the 'Real Deal' in Ideal and receptive and supportive to a healthy life-work balance; raising the bar for IT professionals to follow.

      Cons

      Growing and MSP company offers endless opportunities to advance and build; not meant for those wanting to hide in their cubicles. Need to be hungry and excited to be challenged and rewarded accordingly in a very dynamic working culture. This company will test the very best to be better.

      Never a dull moment with something new around every corner to learn with. Company fully supports furthering education to support your role.

      Cons

      Lots of 8+ hour days with not much for extra compensation.

      Pros

      Jeff welcomed me like a member of the family. He saw something in me that I did not see in myself. I learned a lot and enjoyed my employment there. We were well-liked by our clients and worked extremely hard to be worthy of there business. We worked tirelessly, day and night and gave our all to keep their businesses operating at peak performance. Working at Neteffect is a part of my life that I will always look back upon and I regret the day I chose to move on. Hard work and dedication pay off and Neteffect deserves to succeed. I wish Jeff and Neteffect all the best. Thank you Jeff.

      There was no downside at Neteffect. I did work hard, but the compensation and experience were my rewards.
