May I first start with thanking you for taking the time to write a review, we do read and take notes from them all as a process for our Company to listen, learn and always look to improve. Clearly you are not happy with your experience with us and for that I am truly sorry, but having worked for the Company for a number of years I strongly disagree with your specific comments on staffing levels, client turnover, holiday parties, our CEO and management team and our sales processes and systems. At NPE we work very hard to provide an environment where our team is valued and feels empowered to help our clients and this leads them to grow and succeed in their roles. Like any progressive company we are led by our strategy and core values and are continuously updating and evolving our systems to provide the best coaching we can for our clients.
